“What a great first book! Isaksen blends well-written nail-biting suspense with emotion. The author knows how to keep the readers on the edge of their seats. Definitely a new author to look out for. Five stars!”

“This is, I believe, a first book for the author and the first of a series. Now that I’ve finished it, I’d say congratulations to the former and it’s off to a good start to the latter. Put another way, I’m looking forward to the next installment.”

“I loved the descriptive nature of the writer very much. She described so well I could easily visualize almost like it was a movie in my mind. Also was intrigued with the suspense. It was hard to put the book down. I have read a lot of John Grisham and this has the same kind of suspense. I have recommended it to many.”

“Plot twists and the very plausible scenario that develops is quite disturbing. The pace as events develop, is perfect.  All in all an impressive performance for a first time wordsmith. Enjoy!”

“I have just finished reading a book called Dying for Justice. It was the first book that I have read by this author and it won’t be the last brilliant brilliant book that keeps you guessing from start to finish. I would definitely recommend to other readers.”

“A brilliant storyline with lots of twists. An absolute must for crime novel lovers. Looking forward to Pauline’s next book.”

I held my breath with anticipation as I quickly turned the pages and read…  a shocking showdown, an explosive scene and a thoughtful surprise to go before the book was finished! The epilogue was touching… Ms. Isaksen, this was a good first novel and I look forward to your future books!”

“Never a dull moment, because the character descriptions were very well done. Each character became real to me and I want a sequel! Pauline Isaksen has crafted a real winner of a mystery that keeps the reader guessing and definitely wanting more.”

“Dying for Justice by Pauline Lynne Isaksen is a crime thriller set in England. Crime thrillers inevitably involve the police. Police procedures in England come complete with their own vocabulary strange to an American ear. A lot of other vocabulary was quite strange and new for me, much of it has to do with food and fashion. Because I learned new things, I really felt rewarded for reading the novel. The plot seemed to be a straightforward murder mystery but there were so many twists along the way, not to mention a surprising “pre-ending” that I was thoroughly entertained by this 244-page novel. It was a fast read of just under four hours and because of all the twists, it was a page-turner.”
